Requirements
- Main objectives:
- - To review short vowel ‘o’ and ‘u’ that students have learned previously.
- - To allow students practice blending the vowels with ending sound g, ck, p, b, ff, t
- - To have students practice blending onset and rime and be able to pronounce words correctly and know the meaning of the words.
- - To encourage students read the words on their own.
- - To introduce long vowel sound of ‘o_e’ and ‘u_e’
- Secondary objectives:
- - To introduce students to public greeting “Hello everyone’ using song.
- - To have students practice reading sight words: my, in, the, has, if, you, will and understand the meaning of the words.
- - To encourage students to read sentence on their own.
- - To promote word-reading and writing skills by having students trace the letters and read words with short vowel ‘o’ and ‘u’
