- Main objectives:

- - To allow students practice blending the vowels with ending sound d, t, g, n, ck
- - To have students practice blending onset and rime and be able to pronounce words correctly and know the meaning of the words.
- - To encourage students read the words on their own.
- - To introduce long vowel sound of ‘a_e’ and ‘e_e’
- Secondary objectives:
- - To introduce students to public greeting “Hello everyone’ using song.
- - To have students practice reading sight words: this, is, my, in and understand the meaning of the words.
- - To encourage students to read sentence on their own.
- - To promote word-reading and writing skills by having students trace the letters and read words with short vowel ‘a’ and ‘e’
